Without strong, healthy roots, the entire tree weakens. I emphasize the importance of grounding yourself in nourishing habits and listening to your body’s needs.

A Women’s Hiking & Wellness Program in Creston, BC
Join me for Trails & Tea — my 7-Week Autumn Reset Program! The days are getting shorter and with it, so is the motivation to get outside and move. This program is an opportunity to find movement in nature alongside a supportive community of women. During the seven week program, you’ll be guided through mindfulness activities, local hikes for all levels and seasonal nutrition tips to help you build a routine and structure the fall season that you feel good about.
